    • BASH - Fix to "if" statement after asynchronous command.  Resolved problem where many CONFIGURE scripts generate bad CONFIG.H files

    • Definition of SYS$POSIX_ROOT changed to expected format
    • Pipe to cut -f bug fixed

Fix bug with CC driver (DSF using Unix path) by syncing up the Wrapper sources with those of VMS engineering. New DCL wrapper from VMS engineering. Get TAR to build on VAX. Add BZIP2.

Almost complete update. All tools that previously were binary only, were replaced with versions built from known sources. Enhancements from VMS engineering. Major enhancements to the CC wrapper.

Intial version was based on the port by Doug Rupp. Some work done to make to integrate better with BASH. Wrappers for CC, AR, etc provided. Some other tools were collected off the OpenVMS Free Ware CD.
